Terms of Use

Effective August 16, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using MixaFrame, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s standard EULA controls.

What MixaFrame provides

MixaFrame lets you select photos, create and edit collage projects, use on-device subject detection to suggest crop positions, and save or share rendered images. Layout recommendations and subject-aware crops are starting points that you can review and adjust before export.

Your photos and responsibilities

You must have the right to use, edit, and share the photos you select. You are responsible for reviewing each collage, crop, filename, format, resolution, and export destination before saving or sharing it. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, and other rights when using MixaFrame.

Free use and watermark

MixaFrame’s collage creation, editing, saving, and reopening features are available without starting a trial or purchasing a subscription. Images exported while Premium access is inactive include a visible MixaFrame watermark.

MixaFrame Premium

MixaFrame offers an auto-renewable annual subscription that removes the MixaFrame watermark from exported images. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. The price, currency, trial eligibility, and renewal terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase apply.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Apple may charge the renewal price within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting MixaFrame does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
  • Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Availability and output

Photo analysis, rendering, available formats, maximum resolution, and performance may vary with the source files, device memory, iOS version, and available storage. MixaFrame does not guarantee that automated subject detection or layout selection will always match your preference, or that every third-party destination will accept every output format.

Local data and backups

MixaFrame stores editable projects and working photo copies locally. You are responsible for maintaining originals and any backups you need. Removing a collage, project, app, or device data may make local work unrecoverable. Original photos in your Photos library are not deleted when a MixaFrame collage task is removed.

Third-party services

Apple, iCloud Photos, and any destination selected from the iOS share sheet are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MixaFrame is not responsible for their availability, storage, or handling of exported files.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MixaFrame is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for lost local projects, unavailable source files, unexpected crops, incompatible exports, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. You may stop using MixaFrame at any time; active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.
