Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

MixaFrame processes photos and stores editable collage projects on your device. It does not upload your photos to a MixaFrame server.

Photos you select

MixaFrame accesses only the photos you choose through Apple’s photo picker and the permission you grant for saving finished collages. The app creates local working copies, editing previews, and thumbnails so that collage editing remains responsive and saved projects can be reopened later. MixaFrame does not alter or delete the originals in your Photos library.

On-device photo analysis

MixaFrame uses Apple frameworks on your device to identify faces or prominent subjects and suggest useful crop positions. This analysis is performed on-device. Detected focus areas and manual adjustments are stored with the local collage task so you can continue editing it later.

Projects and generated files

Project names, collage names, selected photo copies, thumbnails, layouts, crop positions, output settings, and temporary or completed exports are stored in MixaFrame’s local app container. They remain there until you remove the associated collage or project, use any available cleanup controls, or delete the app. Exported images saved to Photos or another destination must be deleted separately from that destination.

Exporting and sharing

A collage leaves MixaFrame only when you choose to save it to Photos or share it using iOS. Apple and the app, person, or service you select may then handle the image under their own privacy practices. Free exports include a visible MixaFrame watermark; eligible trial and paid Premium exports do not.

Subscriptions and Apple services

Apple processes purchases, free-trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information. MixaFrame receives transaction and entitlement status from StoreKit so it can determine whether watermark-free export is active. MixaFrame does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple handles this information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The MixaFrame app does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics.

Data sharing and sale

MixaFrame does not sell your personal information or photos. MixaFrame does not operate a server that receives your selected photos or collage-project contents.

Children’s privacy

MixaFrame is not designed to collect personal information from children. Photo and project data stays in the app’s local container unless the user chooses to export or share an image.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when MixaFrame’s features or practices change. The updated policy will be published here with a revised effective date.
