How can we help?
Find answers about selecting photos, adjusting crops, reopening saved projects, exporting collages, and MixaFrame Premium.
How do I adjust which part of a photo appears?
In the collage, hold briefly and drag the photo to reposition it, or pinch with two fingers to zoom. You can also open the original-photo viewer to inspect the full image, view the detected focus area, and adjust the area used by the collage.
How do I swap two photos?
Touch and hold a photo until swap mode activates, then drag it over the destination frame. MixaFrame highlights the destination and shows a swap icon before the photos exchange positions.
Why did MixaFrame choose a particular crop or photo order?
MixaFrame compares the source-photo shapes, detected subjects, and layout frames to retain useful image area. Automatic ordering is a recommendation. You can reposition, zoom, swap, or choose another layout at any time.
Are projects and collages saved after I close the app?
Yes. Saving persists the collage task, selected photo copies, thumbnails, layout, ordering, crop adjustments, canvas settings, format, quality, and resolution locally on your iPhone. Open the project and tap its thumbnail to continue editing.
How do I export at 4K or 8K?
Open Export settings, choose the desired maximum dimension, format, and quality, then open Export Preview. Large 8K exports require more memory and storage and may take longer on older devices.
What formats does MixaFrame support?
MixaFrame supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and Apple HEIF. JPEG is broadly compatible, PNG supports lossless output and transparency, and WebP and HEIF offer efficient modern compression. Rounded canvas corners require PNG or WebP for transparent corners.
Why is there a MixaFrame watermark?
MixaFrame remains free to create, edit, save, and reopen projects. Free exports include a watermark. An active Premium trial or annual subscription removes the watermark from saved and shared exports.
How do I restore Premium or cancel the subscription?
Open the Premium screen in MixaFrame and choose Restore Purchases to refresh an existing entitlement. To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, and select MixaFrame. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Does MixaFrame upload my photos?
No. Photo analysis runs on-device and MixaFrame does not upload selected photos or saved collage projects to a MixaFrame server. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
